I work on the systems that connect people to humanitarian assistance — how they are identified and reached across complex, multi-actor responses. My work sits at the intersection of digital identity, interagency policy, and field operations, with experience spanning refugee response in East Africa and interagency coordination in the Horn.

Based in Rome at WFP Headquarters, originally from Toronto — contributing to enterprise identity infrastructure, responsible AI governance, and the interagency architecture that underpins more effective aid delivery.
